What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in NZD but you can change the currency setting to AUD, EU and USD.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
I try my best to ship items as fast as I can however due to this being my part time business, please allow 10 business days ( Monday-Friday and excluding public holidays) for production time as these items are handmade and made to order meaning they are made after the order is placed. Once they are ready for shipping they will be posted out using an overnight courier so you will receive it the following business day for those in New Zealand. You will be emailed the tracking link once it has been picked up by the courier :)
Can I shower with these products?
For any of the stainless steel items you can shower with these as they are waterproof. For the other items which aren’t stainless steel, to protect the lustre and vibrancy of these pieces we recommend to remove them before showering or swimming with them.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must ship it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include all a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships.
My item has been lost in the mail?
Unfortunately we are not responsible for any lost/missing items due to NZ post and do not offer refunds for lost items. All items are sent with a tracking number.
My item arrived damaged, what can I do?
Unfortunately even with a polymer bubble package NZ post can still be quite rough with the products! If your item arrives damaged please let me know and I will replace it! If it breaks within 30 days of receiving the item I will also replace the item! If it’s damaged outside of 30 days from receiving the item then unfortunately there will be no refund/replacement.
I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in a incorrect address, simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong kindly notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. If the given address is wrong we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after the 24 hours of incorrect submission.
